Windows 11 KB5035942 Released with Moment 5 for all, New Features + Bug Fixes

This latest optional "C" release update for March 2024 brings the 5th wave of new features to all users. It also adds more content to your lock screen, affects Windows Hello for Business, improves the Remote Desktop Session Host, adds search highlights to the taskbar search box for the European Economic Area, supports daylight saving time (DST) changes in 3 regions, addresses an issue that stops some apps and features from being available, addresses an issue that affects certain Neural Processing Units, addresses an issue that affects the Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels setting and includes plenty more fixes. The update pushes version 22H2 to Build 22621.3374 and version 23H2 to Build 22631.3374.

My dynamic refresh rate options are not available and during refresh rate switching (when charger plugged in or out) the screen turns off and on back again. I noticed today after the update. I have Asus Rog strix 2023

this update Was failing in windows update so i did the update using standalone installer

most updates take me roughly 5 minutes but it took this update 38 minutes to complete. Haven't noticed any issues since installing it yet but it did not include fixes for the file explorer white flashes and delayed loading issues. I did find an issue before the update. I found that in my windows settings if i go to updates/advanced/Restart my apps that menu will not open. it just locks up an after closing the settings menu via another method the settings menu now launches slow an choppy.
