I don't even understand the point of them doing this if it wasn't really going to go with the song? She didn't choreograph this to the song lol. What they're wearing doesn't match the song. This isn't even a jazz number. It's not that it's a bad piece of choreography; it's that it's simple intermediate choreo that could be used for any song. Did she know they were going to use it to dance to this?

And the original dance isn't "bad", so don't you dare say this is better lmao. The og dance is so much more advanced choreographically. It's just super innappropriate- but so is SO much west coast jazz. Take a look at the trio that Molly Long did with Kaylee Quinn and Bailey Sok and one other girl (the wind it up one). And literally SO many more. Kalani KNOWS west coast jazz lol. I definitely wouldn't say she tried very hard here, if she knew what this was for in any way, shape or form. It looks a lot more like she was teaching them some kind of warm up combo from her old days at club or something meshed with audc actually.... remember that ballet technical challenge? I see pieces of that in here.
