And for anybody who's wondering, the celery salt that you buy in the store is celery seed and salt. So this is another way to get a similar flavor, but if that's what you were looking to get it's not going to be quite the same. Still, worth trying since there's always so many leaves left over for me! I just wanted to clear that up for anybody who was wondering

I add my leaves to most of the dishes I make with celery. Just treat them like any other fresh herb and add them at the end to preserve color. They make a beautiful addition to almost any dish. They are particularly nice as a soup garnish.

Chop celery leaves extra fine and add them to tuna salad; game changer. Along with diced onions, a little chopped pickle...serve atop lettuce with toast points or crackers.

In Peru, they made me tea out of celery leaves and said it would help with period cramps. Also, it tasted pretty good!

My family has always looked for celery with lots of leaves 🍃 they really add a lot of flavor to soups and other dishes.

It can be finely chopped and top on noodle like green onion. In my country we use Asian celery which is a thinly leafty vegetable to garnish beef soup or noodle. It is used as main ingredient to stir fry with fish too.

In Iran we use them for a celery stew AKA khoreste karafs and in Asian cuisine they use it for soups

I used to add them to my smoothies! After seeing how easy it is to grow celery, I was left with all of these beautiful leaves that were so rich in green color. Had to find a purpose for them

I bake celery to get rid of its taste and season it, it tastes great i don’t know why so many people hate celery, just gotta cook it right lol. It also breaks down the fiber to where you don’t get those annoying strings 😊

My mom always adds celery leaves (including the stems) to chicken stock. Definitely tastes more refreshing!

Use the sticks to create a hot sauce or indian ginger garlic paste… for hot sauce use green chilies, vinegar/lemon juice, garlic, msg, salt if you want a thick sauce with less intensity add bread slices (end parts)❤

I never throw the celery leaves away. It's the best part and I wish they produced more leaves because I put them in salad, I dry them to use later and you can put the fresh or dried on broccoli and steam it with some lemon juice. There's so many uses for the leaves I don't know why anyone would throw them away

I only eat the celery leaves. They are so flavorful and amazing. Now I learn what to do with the stalks I hope

Celery leaves are perfect in soups. Cut up super fine, you get all those good vitamins and you can't even tell they are in there
