On December 9, 2023 a localized outbreak occurred in North West Tennessee where multiple strong tornadoes would touch down. Clarksville, Hendersonville, Nashville and more were impacted. Today is also the two year anniversary of the infamous December 10th tornado outbreak. I also have multiple channel announcements for the 2024 storm chasing season!

Yeah i agree with Celton. What matters is that people lost their lives and homes. Sometimes people focus too much whether or not some tornado is an ef5 or ef4 when in the long run that dont matter. Its peoples lives and property that does you know? Anyway great stream!

I currently live in East Tennessee. I was born and raised in Middle Tennessee (Nashville area) and I still have a lot of family there (especially Gallatin) I was watching it live on radar, and seeing the tornado emergency for Gallatin made my heart skip a beat. After it hit, I waited, waited, and waited for a response. After about five hours, I finally heard that they were all okay. Thankfully, none of them were injured or killed. But that was a little different for my boyfriend. His grandmother lived in Nashville, and when the tornado hit, he didn’t hear from here until last night. We were both relieved to hear that our relatives were safe, and before we knew, we comforted each other. May God rest those who died that night, and may He bless its survivors.

22:00 . yeah, i saw that too. that's nuts though. i thought it was precipitation at first, but then noticed it wasn't moving as fast in that direction. another car at high altitude, oh man! or even ball lightning!

Hey Chris, Great talk!! The 1965 Palm Sunday outbreak made me fall in love with tornadoes..the famous double twin photo was taken real close to my house and I know exactly where that photo was taken! Can’t wait for your video on this outbreak!

Had tuned in a few hours ago for the first while you guys were live! Fantastic show Chris! Also heard you we’re planning on possibly doing a video on Chicago tornadoes! As a resident who was born and still lives in Chicago, if you have any questions regarding tornadoes in this area, Id be more than happy to chat with you and answer them! 🌪️

What webiste did you use to see the track and damage indicators?

Did you notice that the heat from that explosion caused the tornado to weaken for probably 30 to 45 seconds?

I loved your videos and your idea of live storm chasing would be very nice 👍

I think people need to understand that the forces at play of a supercell are much larger than a fireball under it, if there was any way to possibly stop one it would take a lot more than whats practical today, and the best thing you can do is be prepared and take shelter!

How did you come up with the wind speeds for the tornados on the cards? Im especially interested in knowing why you went with 340mph for Smithville.

so basically tornados are mortal monsters that can be killed like most things by fire and volatile items? thats good to know! perhaps we need to create a device capable of emitting intense heat in the path of oncoming tornado's as would that not disrupt the vortex long before it did anything serious to any towns and cities? i mean yes it be expensive but if one life is saved by humans disrupting the cold downflow making the tornado die then it has to be worth the cost right?

Edit: oh damn thats a shame! still there has to be a way to disrupt the cyclogenic process somehow?

What you guys should’ve done this went in the basement. That’s what a smart genius would do.😂
