It’s a profound and very touching film. Having grown up around agriculture, I always loved seeing these animals roaming in the fields, I would ride my bike and then my car to see the horses, sheep, cows, goats, and pigs and just enjoyed peacefully watching them. I thought they were amazing, but knew their lives were very hard and limited since they lived on an animal farm.
This film provides some insight into their life and experience within these confines. Think it is important for people to see and understand what these beautiful animals go through in order for you to enjoy your dairy products. I always found it heartbreaking.

Watched last night. It gave a good portrayal of 1129's life as a dairy cow. I felt her pain, sadness and confusion. I'll name her "Patience". The ending made me very sad. 💔 The farmers were as kind as they could be in this industry. I've seen brutal footage that I will never forget. This documentary was not graphic. I don't consume dairy anymore because of films like this.

Saw it last night and made big impression. Who do we think we are to make them go through such a miserable life? The synopsis calls it an acknowledgment of their great service to us all. But it's not a service if it is not offered. It is taken. We take their calves, we take their milk, we take their freedom, their right to live a natural and fulfilling life. None of it is offered to us.

Watched this today. It's one of the most emotional and empathic documentaries I have ever seen. Everyone who consumes dairy or beef has a personal responsibility to at least watch this and understand better the system that gives us those products.

I know that farmers are under massive pressure to deliver and the demand by consumers is immense
Having said that maybe change is needed and Animal need to have basic rights too like us.
I watched the movie last night and it’s a great piece of filming, conveying how the cow feels, from sadness, grief, despair, happiness and loneliness. It’s moving to watch and the end which I think everyone saw coming was heartbreaking. I for one would make sacrifices for the good of change

Congratulation for this movie. I seriously doubt I can watch, as I feel terribly sad only watching the trailer. But is is important to show...Maybe others will finally wake up. By the way, what a beautiful cow.

I've seen a lot of dairy cows but one thing that stuck in my mind was following some before milking that seemed to be in so much pain walking that's when I got full respect for these creatures 💯

That ending was amazing. It transformed the whole movie from a documentary to a drama. Can't believe I watched a cow get shot multiple times just because of how well it rounded up the movie.
