The property truly is both modern and well designed, the high ceilings and abundance of natural light among others is what got me and very creative to use the natural sloping landscape and create a yard/garden space. Everything is good apart from those henken umbrellas the garden looks like a public bar. and that tiny tv is it a 32”?, he should have like a 65” -80” tv there
