ZipRecruiter Review: Not worth the money

I took ZipRecruiter up on its "free" offer for employer job postings. I received a majority of responses from unqualified candidates. Of the "qualified" responses, I was neither able to get responses to my calls/emails nor candidates to show for an interview. When I spoke to their customer service I was told, "no refund and no appeal process." I will NEVER use them again and advise all employers to steer clear!

Ziprecruiter displays itself fast and easy tool to use to find qualified candidates, which relies on an AI powered matching system. Unfortunately their matching system just doesn't work. One of the things I personally seen is matching people who aren't registered nurses to RN positions.

My disappointment with Zip is their AI helper Phil is racist. I worked as a gardener and I was recommended as a possible match as a Spanish substitute teacher.

Coming from a staffing agency 😂 you sell the candidates you find from zip for a lot more than what they charge lol

Zip recruiter was an awful experience! Please don’t waste your time they are extremely rude and unhelpful.
