I'm with tears, afraid I have to give up attachment even to loving kindness!
Then I remember Sadhguru saying that we should always cultivate this "love" as on the level of a pleasant acceptance of all things (vs passion, forgetting his phrase, is better).

Do namaskaram to everyone, before watching the video thought came in my mind, oh Sadhguru must be having some great in this video, after seeing this, I realised, we make creation and lifevery very critical and complex, simply Sadhguru said with a simple act of keeping aside like n dislikes just do what is needed.
We think, we act as per what is needed but it is not so, if we carefully look at it, we are doing what we like actually.
Oh Sadhguru, we are available to grace, thodi aur buddhi dedo.
