hello there, thanks for all the info! i'm wondering how can i open the "dark panel" on the right where you can add, close, or exit a session ( usually i can get it with a 3 sequence buttons, pressing BLUE than CTRL and the letter M) where my Zebra model does only have a numeric keypad and not letters. thx alot!

Didn't work for me. I have this scanner not emitting laser. Is there a feature or reset option that will work besides factory resetting it?
