So here we are - new layout, new scale and new video series! There's a lot to look forward to in the videos ahead as I embark on a journey to explore the new TT:120 scale from Hornby and PECO.

In this episode I outline the ambitious design for this new layout which features a double track circuit, reversing loop, a tunnel, bridge and even an upper level! Not wanting to waste any time I get straight on with the track laying too... but will I be able to get trains running before the end of the first episode - tune in to find out!

I really like the idea of the double sided tape, not so much the use of pins where it is possible to see the sleepers bowing. Very keen to see how this all pans out. TT:120 is such a great idea.
