If I could rewrite history Adam Cole never would have held the North American Championship but would be in as NXT Champion while Johnny Gargano goes in ss North American Champion so that this match to crown the first ever triple crown champion would be winner takes all. Johnny Gargano would still win but Adam Cole would take both championships from him then lose them both to Keith Lee who would either still vacate the North American Championship or lose them to Karrion Kross who would vacate both after separating his shoulder.

Wait but the miz had three titles at one point before this. It was back sometime between 2009-2011 he had two tag titles with the big show and he had the us title. Does that one not count or is that only an NXT thing?
