Thanks man. The second Advice (Looking for Win11 Updates) was my Solution. Now Win11 works without Issues. Well, at least i hope it will in the Future.

Wow, it works. Thank you. This problem actually affected me for a year when I played some games in Roblox like Murder Mystery 2. When I use a gun in there, half of my screen will flicker black, now is fixed thanks lol

For me it ws the frame rate . I did everything but in the end it was just a frame rate issue 😐. Even though my lapy is capable of 144hz frame rate .

Selecting lower refresh rate solved the issue. It was 49, 59 and 99. At 99%, file explorer or the whole screen, I'm not sure, would flicker and a blue line would appear at the top, also flickering. I did 59 and it disappeared. Problem solved. I don't play games, so what's the difference between 59 or 99 in terms of usage?
