Oklahoma tornadoes, storms leave widespread damage

Severe weather swept across Oklahoma this past weekend, leaving widespread damage in its path. Several tornadoes were reported in the state, with at least one rated an EF-3. FOX 9 meteorologist Cody Matz has more on the story.

This was just the first wave, it happened right at the time change with the SE OKC one happening at 1:29am and the Harrah one not long after technically happened before the first one at 1:23am lol.

Some this morning happened during the morning commute with 4 areas of rotation along the front into OKC metro causing multiple crashes and traffic problems. Had one go very close to me, maybe a block or two away at 6am

Oklahoma! Drill baby, drill. Watch the old movie "Tulsa" for hx of oil/petroleum exploitation of this state...black gold! Fossil fuels brought massive wealth to a few oil companies/billionaires and have significantly contributed to massive carbon emissions that will soon bring life on this planet to a halt. We are in the middle of a Mass Extinction created by fossil fuel emissions. Those in the Petroleum Industry knew without question, many decades ago that there would come days of reckoning for their exploitation of the earth's resources.
