ecoflow delta 2 with extra battery first impressions

Just hooked up and set up my ecoflow Delta 2 and the extra battery.
The stiff 8 AWG extra battery cable makes placement of the power station and battery a little awkward. Do not plug in/unplug the 8 gauge charging connection cable while the two units are on. There was no issue when I connect the newly received extra battery that only had a 30% charge to the fully charged main power station.
The main selling points of this power station is Lithium iron phosphate battery chemistry, high capacity, relative safety, longevity, good warranty, versatility and turnkey operation. You noticed that I haven't included quick recharging in the main selling points. While this option is great when you need it, it is probably the reason why you have the high velocity fans and the eventual demise of the electronics inside. A car capable of a top speed of 180 mph doesn't mean it's good to drive at that speed.
Unlike modified sine wave gas generators, the Delta 2 has a pure sine wave inverter that won't damage your appliances or heating system control boards. Since most small home use generators are not grounded, you can have issues you won't experience until you try to use the unit. When the AC outlets on the generator are used in a wet environment, you have to use caution as there is no GFCI protection.

One of the reasons why I like the new Delta 2 is that it has a 3000 charge cycle which could last me about 10 years.

The best thing about that Delta 2 is that Ecoflow has a 5 year warranty that comes with it. Which is rather long compared to other brands.

I do think you can also use the Delta Max battery with that Delta 2.

Its weird how they made the cable be on the same side, it would have been much better if it was on the back, so the 2 units could stand somewhat closer and different directions.

you can buy 5000wh or 5KWH lifepo4 assembled battery for less than the price of delta 2 + extra battery which is only 2kwh. The profit margin on these delta units are huge!

My impression is that is is the perfect power station since it has a 1024Wh capacity and can be charged in about 80 minutes.

My warranty expired my Delta 2 won’t charge any more when plugged on charger it turns on but won’t work without the power attached any idea on a fix? Change battery cells? Thank you for your time

Question. Given then the extra battery is worth almost as much as a delta 2. Can you just buy two delta 2s and hook them up together just like an external battery?

Would it be possible to connect 2 Delta2 together to get double power, ... then you can also use both separable, charge them separable. Now you are limited with the extra battery as it only can be used tooled up to the Delta2
