ASALAM ALIKUM Nabeel Bhai. I was updating my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 17.6. using iTunes on a Windows 11 running Laptop. The iTunes downloaded the software & while installing, the iPhone was stuck with Apple Logo & status bar at 3/4th. The iTunes threw up ERROR 9, which I looked into the Apple Support Pages. The remedy suggested was to retry to download the software update or else the error persisting, to RESTORE the iPhone. The next download also failed & iTunes suggested that the iPhone needs to be restored. On attempting the Restore, it too failed with ERROR 45. So finally, I took it to Apple Service in Indiranagar, Bangalore. They restored the iPhone with the 17.6 update. I checked the iPhone & was working well. I was told by the Apple Service Centre that the home wifi which was connected to the laptop had probable virus attack. This led the Wifi to suddenly drop leading to the software update getting abruptly interrupted, leading to the iPhone to freeze. Please pick this up during the next Q&A.

Hi Nabeel bhai.. don’t you think apple should also provide some cooling technologies in iphones like android's cooling chamber or something like that. It would have been so much better during summer, while playing games and also at the time of charging. Atleast it will prevent the phone from overheating and thereby going to save our battery health. In the last 4 months i have lost 9% battery health because of this abrupt heating issue on 17.5.1(14plus). In 8 months total 11%😢 till march it was 98%.

Jabse update kiya hai brightness ko bilkul low krne par screen blurry or thodi greenish ho rahi hai aisa kyu brightness full ya half rakhne par phone sahi hai

Nabeel bhai I've been following you for around 1 year. I have a question. If iPhone is turned off after it is stolen. It doesn't give the actual location of the iPhone but estimated location. Can you create a video on this?

Because iPhone shows when we turn it off 'This device is still Findable after it's powered down' but it doesn't show the real time location. Does it really work?

I have iPhone 15 jisko kal 3 months hone vale hai, i charged upto 80% and never let to down 23%, haa somtimes phone get over charged itself above 80%, i only use Apple Original charger, kal hi maine ios 17.6 pe update kiya hai and my battery health now is 99 % and my battery cycle is only 55 does ios update effect the battery health ? Or any other reason . Pls tell 🙏🏻
