Guys, I'll tell you why you're good but are falling short. And I hope you take this message up to your marketing team who are doing a terrible job.


1. We don't need several minutes to hours of expert talking scripted dialogues. WE need proper demos to be shown of the DGMC, DG Appliance and the ARC. We need to see several case studies in action. While you provide a handful and the rest are talk shows.


2. The availability of your documentation is terrible. We don't need your two-page marketing material or whitepaper. We need to see how to set up and get things done ideally without the need for either your sales or support to provide assistance.


3. The documentation of your data is all over the place. Portions of your data are found in other documents. Let there be a flow from basics to advanced levels. Let advanced topics be linked but in a different document.


You guys have good information but you arrange and deliver in a cumbersome fashion. Information without proper arrangement and accessibility will not help those seeking it.
