myntra is shit company they do not show from where the parcel is being picked and to where it is being sent next no real time update the customer is left hanging with no update as to where his parcel has reached so that he can be alert when it is being shipped nearby to his town/city

My arriving order is being messaged today at 10.01 am but yet didn't get any further message for delivery!! It's been 2 hours. Neither Myntra is calling nor messaging that it is on way..
Why is it so?

Hi myntra my parcel had to be delivered on 6th Oct 2019 it's 9th today I haven't received yet .. not able to track ... plz help
