Portal overview for professional licenses

It's been more than two weeks since I applied my first license application. It doesn't give me an option to pay. How long does it take for the first license application to be approved? I feel like this system is very user unfriendly and we have no way to know whether we did the right thing or not! It's very inconvenient and frustrating.

Why update the already working system during a time when you don't even have the staff to manage the technical issues that always come with new government This is absolutely unprofessional. My account doesn't even reflect me passing my managing brokers test. Don't you think that bugs should be worked out before throwing a new system into the mix? Unacceptable. And we as professionals who are required to get our licenses and everything on time and with no glitches or issues have to just accept a system that can't even abide by the same requirements. What a joke.

Wow I wonder how many hours government employees used to make this completely unusable system. I’m completely locked out, this is such a pointless headache.

I tried to renew my brokers license, but apparently need fingerprints done (first time its being required in over 20 years). If this site was all that - it would open a portal or give options for completing this whole process instead of only flashing a bright red "fingerprints have expired" and freezing me out of any options. I live out of state and after 5-1/2 hours (yes FIVE and A HALF HOURS) on hold I was told to simply get my fingerprints done where I live. When I asked the CSR the next steps he said (not convincingly) something about the prints being given to me, me having to ship them to a processing center in the midwest and then somehow, uploading them to my application? I cannot find anything on this site about how I go about completing my renewal.

No option to apply for or pay for your first professional license online. This site is useless

How do I pay the renew license? I don’t know what I did wrong but I have the “ pay later “ option. How do I pay that? Please let me know. Thank you

i just got sent here, the info doesnt help me, this is a useless too in a time when the old system worked fine.
