It’s been working for me, and I have a terrible redness/acne problem on my nose. Also it’s, slowly clearing up. I just wish my doctor recommended it before wasting $70 for an appointment, and our Dermatologist was absent. Anyway my mom found this Witch Hazel and it was the last one. Right now I’m just trying to get rid of the acne on my upper lip, and a redness spot near my nose

Good point about over using it . when I take breaks my skin does well. Mario spray is crap, loaded with fragrance & shouldn’t be recommended to people with acne.
