I thhink Students should use 2 years for preparation for Govt Job, , they should try their hardest within that 2 years and if that doesn't happen go to any Private job and start working there and give Govt exam simultaneously during the work, , most of the studies and preparation is completed within the 2 years and they should only give mocks

Finally by the grace of God, gave 5 years in Government Job preparation and cleared SSC CPO (skipped Physical test), SSC MTS (AIR 561- Income Tax Department), ASSAM ADRE (skipped DV), SSC CGL (Prelims 152.5, skipped Mains), Railway Group D ( skipped Physical test) and finally RRB NTPC (Selected as SENIOR CLERK in INDIAN RAILWAYS).. 🇮🇳❤️
Agar khud par bharosa ho, toh hi preparation start karna 🎯🔥💪

4 years back I started preparing for govt. Job and my friend joined as a software developer at ₹15000 per month. After 2 years I wasn't able to crack any govt. exam and my friend salay shot up to ₹ 1 Lakh / month. So I decided to join software development as well with salary of ₹12000 / month and now after 1.5 years, I am standing at ₹80, 000 / month and my friend is at ₹2.5 Lakh / month. Successfully wasted my 2 years in govt. job preparation, thanks to my society.😅😅

UPSC Reality
For IAS/IPS and other govt. Jobs
1.Spending your whole life away from your home city/state, leaving away all your cousins, siblings and parents and alike, and returning to your Home City when you have passed 60 years of age when all your near and dear ones might be dead due to old age or on their death bed.
2. Doing 24*7 work in Rural Parts of the country in initial 10 years of your Career (field postings).
3. No Private or Personal life
4. Even have to ask Govt. and other Senior officials before taking long holidays.
5. Their child's education and Family Life suffers due to frequent transfers.
6. Life threats
7. Huge political Answerability and Interference
8. No Pension, Less Salary and Decreasing avenues of getting black money (due to increasing digitalization and Extensive role of AI in govt. work)
9. Friends getting better packages, enjoying their life, partying, Vacationing and living life on their own terms without having to be answerable to any minister or public.
10. At the end, it's just a Job and only thing that attracts people in this, is big house, security, car etc but all these Won't be there in Central Postings.

I have many such points, if anybody wants them just ping me

If we start incentivizing "failure in any Exam", then more and more people will get attracted towards this USELESS exam, and this will create more jobless youth in our country. Better solution is to BAN all such exams from the Nation's History and follow the Bureaucratic process followed in UK and USA, they are much more developed and much more Advanced than India. Main Importance must be given to only few fields: Army, Farmers, Science, Research and Technology, and Entrepreneurs. Rest ALL are just a WASTE of country's resources and Manpower.

Youth should get this in their heads that the Indian tax payer does not pay tax to give them a safe and secure sarkari naukri. They pay taxes to build etc. etc.

PHD and other qualified individuals can surely try for jobs in USA, Canada and other developed countries. They should try to get those jobs and emigrate from India were one can only be underemployed or unemployed.
