I love that they're giving us more control over the time we spend on our phones. People tend to spend a bit too much time on their devices nowadays and this actually has a negative effect on their attention span.

While machine learning will bring so many useful applications, its ubiquity creeps me out a bit. It makes everything converge towards "standard data", everything becomes correct but boring. For example the email auto-completion is super lame.

People really want Morgan Freeman for Google Assistant. Others have said they'd like the voice of JARVIS.
While Jen Taylor would be nice, Microsoft probably wouldn't let Google use her, I'd like to see Ellen McLain as an option.

Given that she's the voice of the female videogame version of HAL9000, I don't know if it'd actually inspire me to use the Google Assistant more.
