'Care To Know?' Info:

The LP was recently uploaded as a playlist on youtube, so I ripped each song at a delicate volume to preserve dynamic range and prevent digital clipping (I'm not exactly sure why, but streaming/downloaded songs are often very loud and clippy). Because these recordings are sourced from vinyl, I made some very minor, unobtrusive edits (for those who care to know): individual track volumes between the L & R channels were normalized, overall amplitude from track to track was adjusted for a continuity of relative loudness, incidental record hiss was removed with strategic fade ins and outs, and the pops on "Jazzphase" were removed.

I saw him do a Caustic Window set in the early 2000s in London. It was amazing. We dropped pills, danced our arses off and left to find him out in the corridor with a bunch of anoraks taking notes 😄 Then we got lost getting out of London so we went to Brighton instead and woke up in the beautiful sunshine on the beach 🌞

I am very surprised that despite the album being a rare gem worth over 46 grand, that it only has less than a quarter of a million views still despite being on this platform for almost 8 years. And not only! because I follow your musical work! since 1996 saved error! and until today! for me! no one has appeared yet! in the electronic scene! so far! that is more innovative / creative / versatile / multi-faceted and admired by several musicians! from Rock & Roll to Hip Hop for example! I like the sound so much! softer! dark harmony, like the original beats and with 170/190 BPM. Interesting vibrations. I like! I like such atmosphere. It inspires me a lot to create my own music. Aphex Twin has inexhaustible invention! I don't think he leaves the studio at all.
