I did similar but only arranged 2 alike letters seperately as 10 × 9 and selected by 9c8 and arranged as 8!/2!, as alike . But this should be for 10 letters, so y = 10 x 9 × 9C8 × 8!/2! × 10 and x is simply 10 ! So y/9x =5 am I right guys ?
