In my opinion, that would be good. YG doesn't want to just let Blackpink go. There is the biggest girl band that has been very well received. Because where did over 80 million followers come from? Going back, YG would still have some 'control' over Blackpink. YG would then be able to focus on a new group and Blackpink would still be able to continue the music. I don't think there would be a big change after going to TBL, but maybe better treatment and more frequent returns?

I thought noisy marketing just a myth. Turned out YG really practiced it. They did it after announcing Taeyang left, Daesung left, Kang Dong Won left, GD's contract with YG still in discussion, and all six members of Ikon left.

And on early 2022 Top already left, Mashidam hiatus on May and left the group on November. A total 12 artists left YG on 2022.

Its actually a chaos within YG.
