I will now remove all of my organs because it will bring me peace of mind. Cancer cannot develop in a part of my body that has been removed. I will remove it all.

Does that mean that you won't be able to eat as much as you used to be before the operation? How will digestion work after the operation? Will it take longer to digest the food?

The fact that they didn't explain to what's gonna happen to the stomach is pretty sus ngl.

With my limited understanding, esophagectomy is the removal of the esophagus for the reason generally of cancer as he explained. As removal it cannot spread to other organs.

Complications would involve:
Acid reflux or just stomach acid coming up the *stomach/esophagus*
Probably Respiratory problems as well, and I'd assume voice issues.
