Fun Fact: Howard The Duck has powers that can surpass the beyonder, and even the one above all. Although he chooses to never use his full power and that he prefers to play the role of an observer. He can easily destroy all of marvel, and even DC multiverses if he wanted to. The exact limit of his powers are still unknown, but marvel fans believe him to be boundless, and that he's literally undefeatable.

I just watched the movie, then did some research after watching this short, where are you getting this most powerful character idea? Just based off some random Google search illustrations? Everything I could find written about the character says he has no powers except quakfu, which doesn't seem that amazing.

He is ironically the strongest mcu character, he can destroy marvel and dc universes if he wanted to, and he can beat the beyonder and the one above all, fans consider his power practically boundless, tho he decides to take the role of an observer, because he likes seeing how things play out.
