setting a timer to eat is a really good idea, it ensures you really keep ur aligners in for 22 hours im def gonna use this!

There are waterless toothbrushes with toothpaste on them you can just take those on the go if you need to brush and don’t have a sink available

I love seeing comments that are like 'I'm getting my invisalign soon!' that were posted like 1 or 2 years ago cause they would be about done by now. Well imma be that person. I'm getting mine tomorrow and hopefully I'll see this comment in a year or so (so if you're viewing this and it says like 1 year ago, please leave a reply so I can get a notification lol). They estimated my treatment to be 1.5-2 years and idk how many trays, so let's see how this goes :)

Update: I didn't end up getting them today :( I got my attatchments on today but when they tried to fit the tray on, the top wouldn't fit. So the orthodontist said I needed ot get my teeth removed first then once my gum or whatever has recovered then I can start wearing them. Idk how long that likke take. So for the time being, I'm just tryna go about my day with my attatchments on and it's so so distracting. I spent the whole day today feeling them with my tounge.

Thanks for the info! I want to say something but please don't take it as being mean or bullying cuz I don't mean it that way AT ALL. You scrunch your eyebrows together almost constantly. You are a lovely young woman so you can't see the effects of that yet but over the next 10 years it will cause permanent deep wrinkles us older folk call "elevens".
