Lidia's project is great, very good job! Mr. Harada, Bandai Namco, never listen to most gamers. As a result, many games failed because the creators, instead of focusing on their own ideas and quality, fulfilled the wishes of roaring children.
These are your games, so no one should dictate how you create your game. Of course, it's worth talking about it sometimes, but with smart players. So let the children complain that they want this or that character. Personally, I'm in favor of some characters dying or some of them achieving their goals and making room for new characters or returning in other parts.
Either way, you won't please everyone, so there's no point in trying. The most important thing is to create games with passion, because the quality will defend itself.
