To give you context at Sydney's score against West Coast.
Geelong defeated Brisbane Bears (before Fitzroy merger) back in 1992 with their score being 37 - 17 - 239. (Record Score)
And there have been a number of 200 plus scores over the years since the 1970s.
They may be rare occasions, but back in the 90s there used to be years when that happened a few times.

Ever since 2008, the AFL Fixture has often been a confusing mess.
(Based on the competition wanting to schedule best crowd attendance opportunities for marque games)
Some teams that play early in the year end up meeting against 5 to 10 weeks later, some first round teams never play again unless they meet in the finals, some teams don't meet until the final few weeks of the year.

You're correct Rob...Syd vs Geel was Round 6 and...Cats thrashed Swans at 'the Cattery'. So I am also not sure why the two teams meet again so soon, although that does happen with the AFL fixture set up as it is.

The way the fixture is done, some teams will play each other once, some will play twice. Ideally, you would play each team twice, home/ away but the season would go on too long.

The last two times the Swans met Geelong they got badly beaten. What is the tipping software you’re using?

The max you can tip a team by on Superbru is 120 and you need to be within 12 points to get your half a point so if any team wins by 133 no one can get the bonus point

when it concerns the scoreline between Sydney and West Coast, the one thing we have to consider is the quality of opposition, it is one of those factors that a lot of people have overlooked. Unfortunately, West Coast is complete garbage at the moment, they are nowhere near AFL standard, which isn't good for the competition to have a team that bad. Sydney scoring 200+ points against such a bad team, is not an indicator of where they are at in the context of the season, as they haven't beaten a top-8 contender this year.

ABC News reported that Collingwood was behind at 3/4 time, 11 times out of the last 18 games they've played, and went on to win the game.

Fremantle do not play Marvel stadium well, while the dogs do so I think the dogs win. And Carlton is a WAY better team then the hawks on paper, I think the Hawks have average games played like 43 while Carlton has 65. And with no Sis playing Carlton win that too.

I keep telling you all, Melbourne are the most overrated list in the AFL. Geelong were always a live chance and did it comfortably.

Goodwin as a coach is plain and extremely vanilla in terms of strategy. Yeah, we won a flag in 2021, but the game changes every year and we need to adapt accordingly. The mere fact we play a “bomb it long” into the 50 game style in order to try to lock the ball in our forward half is such an outdated strategy. Our forwards don’t move, they don’t lead up to the kicker, they don’t have dangerous leading patterns.. based on this, GWS are a serious live chance and the fact GWS are paying $4.50 is just outrageous. I compare it to football. No point in having 70% possession if you can’t find the back or the net in order to win games. The crab style just don’t cut it.

Toby Greene alone can win the game for them and I can see him kicking 5-6 goals.

We are such a dumb team and won’t be surprised if we just scraped into the 8.

I can see a Grand Final with Port vs Collingwood and Port will lead the whole game until 2min before end siren and Collingwood will turn this around 😆
