Aldrig ensam; Bilderbok till VR (Never Alone: Picture Book to VR)

As Ishtar’s final degree project at Konstfack, Univeristy of Arts Crafts and Design she has decided to explore the different worlds of two and three dimensionality in picture book storytelling. Ishtar’s recreation of a children’s book theat
she together with Dr. Heather Briscoe his creating will be translated into the world of Virtual Reality where she explores the effect of keeping the qualities of paper cut  illustrations in a 3D world. Raising the question of what happens when the picture book environment becomes one’s surrounding and the story told turns into an experience.
