You going on a 2 day trip, 2DAYS!!! And you got 3 base layer top 2 normal tops few t shirts plus the stuff you gonna were going there, and you saying that it is packing light??? Are you planning to change every 30km on those hard 100km days? I had less useless stuff cycling 3 weeks around Annapurna where I had temp range from 30 to -5 on an altitude range from 400m to 5417m asl. I see it more as a product placement vid then genuine advice what to take if you don't have a support car that will follow you and carry all the flashy stuff you will not use.

Pack enough clothes mate!!! We were in the highlands (Sprengisandur) in Juli and it was freaking cold. I was super happy that I brought a down-jacket....
