More than 100 people have been killed in two explosions at a cemetery where a ceremony was being held to mark the 2020 assassination of Iran's top commander - with the US saying it has no reason to believe Israel was involved.

The American Congress was very angry with former POTUS when he ordered the killing of Sulaimani. But the backlash was just temporary. Now what happened is almost forgotten.

Happy Qasem Kotlet celebration

Protesters in Iran are risking arrest and jail time for posting pictures of food.
Hundreds of people have been uploading pictures of traditional “kotlets” — Persian meat patties — to their social media accounts over the course of the last week, and the country’s hardline Islamists authorities are not amused.
That’s because kotlet is also a word that’s been co-opted by protesters to describe the body of Qassem Soleimani, Iran’s former spy chief, who was killed in a precision US strike ordered by Donald Trump in Baghdad in January 2020. This week marks the fourth anniversary of this death and while Iran’s government has been remembering Soleimani as a martyr, he is also being mocked online.
The anniversary is celebrated by millions of Iranians who seek liberate Iran from the Mullahs who have invaded and pillaged Iran since 1979.
