Tips:
1. Go to the tip board left side of the office to know what to do.

3. If no customers, put advertisments of your motel in the upgrade section.
4. If your motel, gas station also gets to go to 5 stars, there will be 3x customers boost.
5.If you put Shop shelfs that have nice designs, the customers will give you extra tip (3-4 dollars)
6.always upgrade warehouse for extra stuff you order.
7. You can sell the body's when inside a barrel.
8. Keep a stock of acid and the barrel. In case police patrol.
9. As you know, there are customers coming even when motel is closed. So keep a number of not rented House's.
10. Also give rooms to customers staying for only 12, 24, 36, 48 hours because then you will earn much money [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅ιοο̲̅)̲̅$̲̅] in just 4 customers and your motel wouldn't get negative ratings.
