Hope this helps to repair your tablet.
I posted these pics showing parts I ordered and purchased online, that I took for my reference points on what I seen important to remember steps used. Although there are videos of screen replacements.

Also there wasn't any videos on this specific iRulu tablet.

But, it was helpful to watch other 7-9" tablet screen repair videos to get screen off. This one will just give you a good idea of what to order & to make sure you can find one cheap enough to be worth it.

Inside a white iRulu eXpro 1x 10.1 inch Tablet PC.
[Note:you should check for new lower prices]. I chose AliExpress then because at the time
Ebay had them as well but prices vary from $25 to $60+, So check around for new lower prices, but make sure you match numbers on ribbon cable for correct model numbers.
The part for this tablet is mod. UTC 5010A22-FPC-2.0 it is a 50pin ribbon cable touch screen. Black border plactic covering a clear glass, stuck on only 1/2 inch with double sided 3m tape and tool kits can also be purchased online. Try Ebay for the right type and size needed.

To remove cracked screen...
You'll have to have a heat gun or hot blow dryer with directional heat adapter to direct heat to release cracked screen glass from tablet. That you have taped with clear packing tape over cracks at center.
NOTE: Overheating LCD screen will damage digitizer. Be careful to only heat edges stuck with adhesive just enough to be able to release adhesive and be able to slide in a business card or tool to slowly lift glass from tablet screen.
Very helpful but optional to buy inexpensive repair tool kits that have thin metal and plastic pry tools. Also handy are firm business cards or large thin guitar picks.
Scotch tape helped me lift tiny shards of glass and glue residue from edges and surfaces before replacing 3M adhesive tape and new glass

Microfiber cleaning cloth, can Air to blow off particles.
Be careful to not let small parts, buttons to fall from motherboard and from frame. I put back on but not snapped on, with 2 rubber bands.

Anyway You can watch my short video that after a bit of patience and careful steps, even I managed to save the tablet and alot more money than it would have cost me to pay a repair guy to do it.
Plus now I have tools and some supplies to fix more. So far I fixed cracked screen on Samsung Galaxy S3 as well and used tool kit to change fan on Toshiba Satellite laptop. So I really appreciate the tutorials.
