It is only just recently that the ecological crisis has begun to affect those who rule, that its effects are being felt in Bermuda, the South of France, and similar exclusive holiday hideaways. It is only just recently that the real polluters, big business and industry, are realising that they too must breathe the foul air, drink the tainted water, live in garbage heaps, suffer the food deterioration and share less space with more people.
