I watched this movie after my mother had cancer. It emotionally, physically hurt me.
And with my 25% chance in my hands, I cried and prayed. Morning and night. And she’s still with me, living her best life. She told me I was her reason of living. My father was never there for me, that bastard couldn’t even make an effort. Everyone treated my mom like absolute SHIT! Then she became sick and they were all sorry. Then when she healed, it was back to normal. So I walked up to her boss and said "my mom quits." "She told me to tell you to treat people right, if you’ve ever heard of that." And I left. The next day my mother was woken up early and I told her, "you won’t be needing that."

i'm not a person who gets emotional by a song easily, or even cries often. in fact i think the last time i really cried was 2 years ago and i broke my leg that day. but this song, this made me cry. and this movie, it made me tear up. that show how powerfull this song and movie is.

Hazel Grace, sorry, I was the grenade. Have you ever played kickball and the ball hits you right in the gut, that's what that line was to me. I was reading this book with my mom sitting next to me so I was going, 'Don't cry, Don't Cry, Don't cry!!!' But that was the line that broke me. I started sobbing.

I've seen The Fault in our Stars like 13 times and read the book twice and cried every time...John Green is incredible

This video triggered so many emotions. What an amazing song and an amazing movie. I don't know what it is about this movie that just makes it so beautiful.

This was the first film my girlfriend and I watched together. A few nights later we started texting each of this song to eachother and we said this would be 'our' song. She then proceeded to end it with me and every day since, I have listened to this song probably 10 times each day. The lyrics are so raw it hurts!! :'(
