Boss fights really make no sense.

When we fight Raiden in the Archon Quest for the first time the Vision Hunt Decree makes it so that u can use any elemental skill or burst except the Traveller who doesn't have a vision.Do u wanna know who else doesn't have Vision?The Fucking Archons also get this debuff for some idk what reason.

In the Raiden weekly boss she can break through Zhongli's shield which also makes no sense, i know they had to do this because if not people would start saying it's P2W but atleast make it so that it breaks the shield but doesn't OHKO him kinda like Barbara and Hu Tao C6.
