You've done it again Rick !
Everytime I watch one of your video's, I'm blown away !
I've learned soooo much !
I''m a self taught Guitarist, from a blues/rock gendre, listening and trying to copy from LP's, etc. I've worked in Trio's to an 8 piece band with horns.
I've studied books from Dick Grove to Frank Gambale, et al, but you have put it into a new and practical application.
Thanks for it all !

You are my best teacher, thank you. I would like to send you my stella reharmonization that i learnt from your videos, with a different voice on melody i made some months ago.

You should play it through the original once first, and then the sub version.

Hi rick! I was wondering if you could do a video about reharmonization techniques for starters in that matter! I'd love to see that, and I bet I wouldn't be the only one! Thank you for always bringing interesting awesome content!

Sounds great, worthy of a proper studio recording. It could be released as is.

HI Rick I just bought your Beato book I 'm ok after my first year as a student musician till page 30 but I'm afraid my secnd life time will be too short to practise till p 315 (I 'm 57 ) :) Even if i'm a pianist player and i don't use too much Guitar tablature You mad a tremendous job . So i continue to learn right know THANKS AGAIN MARC

That Danelectro sounds nice and full like an arch top. I think there is value in some of these fairly priced instruments. I have played a few nice Danny's with awesome neck profiles. I'm still thinking music can be 80% attitude and 20% equipment.

hi Rick can you do a video on how to write scary music?

I think the original first chord is Bbdim maj7... leading to Cmin7or F7/C

This is a totally bizarre, completely unrecognizable reharmonization. One of the best reharms in my opinion is that created by Barry Harris using his Sixth Diminished Scale.

Great Rick! I have a question, when we reharmonize a tune like this, does the bass player and the other musicians have to follow the reharmonization or can they play the normal chords?

I am completely lost. I have the book (I think the latest version has this on page 84?), and I just don't know what's going on here. I am a relative amateur when it comes to jazz theory, so I can't wrap my head around this stuff yet.

Hi Rick ! Can you analyze the composition style of Martin O' Donnell from the Halo Series ?

Hi Rick! In bar 5 when you use the giant steps changes, the 6th bar starts on Bmaj 7#5 while the original chord is Bb7 and the melody note is D....it sounds nice though...the same continues till bar 8 i guess. Are these choices in harmony arbitrary or am I missing out on something? Thanks!
