Player Advancements: Ontario Hockey Academy

The Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) would like to congratulate the following current and former Ontario Hockey Academy (OHA) student-athletes on their advancement to the next step on their hockey journey.

Hugo Allard: The Nicolet, QC forward joined OHA for the 2022/23 Eastern U17 Prep season. He would tally 15 points in 9 games before adding 2 points in 4 playoff games as OHA Maroon were named 2023 CSSHL Eastern U17 Prep Champions. In 21 games this season Allard recored 23 points. He added 6 points in 5 playoff games as his team captured the 2024 CSSHL Eastern U18 Prep Championships.

Hugo Beaulieu: Beaulieu spent two seasons with OHA, joining the program in 2021/22 with their U18 team. This past season the Montreal, QC defenseman tallied 18 points in 15 Eastern U18 Prep games.

Ryan Boon: The Quebec forward played 21 games for OHA Prep this season scoring 5 times and adding 13 assists. Boon would chip in with 1 point in 5 playoff games as his team won the 2024 CSSHL Eastern U18 Prep Championships.

George Foti: Foti joined OHA U17 Maroon in 2022/23 playing 3 games as his team captured the 2023 CSSHL Eastern U17 Prep Championship. This season he would go 8-2-0 with a 2.62GAA and .920SV% in 11 regular season games before OHA Prep were named the 2024 CSSHL Eastern U18 Prep Championships.

Keegan Fox: The Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, QC defender tallied 6 points in 10 games during the 2022/23 season. He would chip in 1 assist in 4 playoff games as OHA Maroon were named 2023 CSSHL Eastern U17 Prep Champions. This season in 25 regular season and playoff games he had 14 points, leading his team to a 2024 CSSHL Eastern U18 Prep Championship.

Oliver Kiraly: This season the Budapest, Hungary netminder was named the CSSHL Eastern U18 Prep Division Top Goaltender as his 2.47GAA was first and his .920SV% was second among qualified netminders. Kiraly posted a 10-1-1 record before capturing Eastern U18 Prep Championship MVP honours, leading OHA Prep to a championship victory. In that game Kiraly became the second goaltender this season, and in CSSHL history to score a goalie goal.

Adam Racine: Racine spent two seasons with OHA, winning a 2024 CSSHL Eastern U18 Prep Championship. The Deux-Montagnes, QC defenseman played 47 career regular season and playoff games, accumulating 14 goals and 32 assists. This season Racine was named a CSSHL Eastern U18 Prep Division First Team All-Star after leading all defensemen with 27 points.

Cole Shepherdson: A forward from Thunder Bay, ON, Shepherdson played 33 games in 2 seasons for OHA scoring 16 goals and 20 assists while helping his team capture a 2023 CSSHL Eastern U17 Prep Championship and a 2024 CSSHL Eastern U18 Prep Championship.

Charles-Edward Tardif: The Quebec forward joined OHA for the 2019/20 Eastern U18 Prep season. In 20 games he would finish third in team scoring with 39 points.
