Caitlin Clark Secures Her Second Career Triple-Double & Second by a Rookie in WNBA History vs LA

Caitlin Clark (24 PTS, 10 AST, 10 REB) dazzled the fans at Gainbridge Fieldhouse last night securing her second career triple-double & second by a rookie in WNBA history.

This should have been her third triple double. The first one was at Phoenix. CC needed one rebound with 1 1/2 minutes left of the game. Sides for some crazy reason took CC out of the game and put Wheeler in the game for defense. Wheeler is no better than CC at defense. Both Wheeler and Hull got a total of three rebounds over that time. Balls dropped at their feet for easy rebounds. CC would have had 1 of them.

Her story is like one of those feel good movies. Regular kid from a quiet town. Decides to play for the school near her home town instead of going to duke or one of the other greats. Then she takes the school to the championship loses to the mean kid. Now shes in the pros and the hate and jealously follows her, but she doesn't let it get to her and just stays that nice kid that she always was. She's a good person and the under dog. Its so hard not to love her and her game

CC is changing the landscape of women's sports for the better and she should be celebrated for it. Prior to this season I had never watched a WNBA game but now I am all in for CC and the Fever! These young women are amazing athletes and I can't wait to watch KM, AB, LH, and the rest go to work in the playoffs. Go Fever!

Every player on this team is so likeable, there is not one player you can honestly NOT like and it's a clean, class program. The perfect landing spot for Caitlin and she was lucky enough to have a veteran like Kelsey to help her through the early days as did AB and others.
