For the Over Heating section he didn't mention how you reset that code so you can get the pump running again. Can you please help me with that?

A different question if I may: I am trouble shooting a mini fridge compressor (Huayi B35C5B) which now shows much higher, especially Run Winding resistance values than documented. As per specks they should be as follows:

Main/Run W.resist 16.10 ohms and StartW.resist. 13.50 ohms. But I am getting start to common 15 ohms and Run to common 23 ohms.

The PTC relay JPQII 4.7 (4.7 ohms) will make the required Start winding resistance higher (18.20 ohms) than run but now that Run Winding resistance being 23 ohms, what are the options? Also what would cause the Run Winding resistance go high.
