As a mother, I have always stood firmly with "have kids when YOU want them". Your kids should be something you desire, not something you resent. And if you have them before you're ready, there will be some resentment. It's not fair on you and it's not fair on your kids. Yes, live your life. Perhaps one day you'll want nothing more than children. Until then, enjoy yourself.
