WHAT’S IT?
Complete plant for lightweight concrete production, designed with top quality components and based on the needs of the construction site.
The series is composed by a wide range of versions, each one equipped for specific applications.
WHAT MAKES?

USED FOR?
Screeds, roofs and void filling,
road sub-bases, bridge abutments,
ground stabilization, walls cast on site,
precast panels, light blocks,
slope roofs.
HOW IS MADE?
Mixer:
- 1000 lt of capacity
- double direction of the blades
- splash cover
Foam generator:
- air compressor with tank
- foam pump with high pressure
- flow-meter for foam density control
- pressure regulator
- automatic foaming agent control
Pumping system:
- mono-screw system with high efficiency
- clutch system for starting
- rotor/stator
- fast connection for stator replacement
- flow control (only as optional)
Electric panel:
- phase inverter
- contactors and motor protections
- PLC, to manage the electronic system
- connections for screw conveyors
- control devices
Accessories:
- pipelines
