I placed an order for 2 items for one of my friends back in March and when I opened the package to see if 2 items were in the package, yes they were, what I didn’t check was to see what the items were. Of course 8 months later I decided to send him the package and I took a picture and sent it to him before sending it. He noticed that instead of one of the items being a motherboard, it was something else. I called Sewing Parts Online 2 times and I got them on the phone right away. I spoke with them about getting to me the right part or the refund and spoke with Trisha, the manager/superviser 2 times without no luck. I spoke with 3 employees, all of them very nice, but not helpful at all. Trisha explained to me that the $84.99 part will not be refunded nor replaced because I called/contacted them after the 30 days replacement timeline.
So in this situation, by their mistake of sending the wrong part (the parts ordered and delivered were not mine, like I said, they are my friend’s so of course I did not know what they are and I did not think to look at the receipt) my friend took a loss of $84.99.
Would I recommend them ?!?
