The problem with this is that nobody has the time and patience to read and comprehend these notifications and the same applies to cookie notifications of websites. This removes the intent of educating the user and turns it into a spam that the user finds intrusive and annoying instead. We need a better way to this, such as regulations that demand software to be compliant of allowing the user to set the rules for what type of data are they willing to share in a setting and save and forget.
