Okay, listen to me, after 11.11 hits Divine Sunderer Aatrox may actually be good. Sunderer's Sheen effect will heal for 65% of the damage dealt BEFORE mitigation. Combine that with the 12% Missing Health+ the scaling Armor/Magic Pen this may actually be a way for Aatrox to heal half to 75% of his HP in the late game after he get's ignited. I also would say with Conqueror taking so long to proc I don't think it's overall worth it to use it anymore. You don't get that much healing from it (plus it's post-mitigation so it get's hard knocked down with the healing debuffs and the armor stacking). Grasp seems like a rune Aatrox can abuse though. Throughout the early game not many can stand up to Aatrox's poke with Q1 and W, it's a really safe playstyle, and add some extra magic damage from Grasp and bonus HP to add Aatrox will become really tanky come mid to late game.

tl;dr Divine Sunderer Grasptrox may be good next patch, try it in a normal game or smt like that and go to town murdering people while never going down bellow 25% of your HP.
