I just lost the greatest man I ever knew this past sunday, I discovered this song the next day, if I had 5 more minutes I'd tell my dad that I was thankful that he stood behind me through thick and thin and I loved him

No one will see this comment but I would just like to say a few things and tell my story, I’ve listened to this song a lot and I always think of the first time I listened to it when my cousin passed away. I was 10 and loved him he was kind and loved everyone, this song makes me think of him and just makes me want to hug him one more time. It’s been 6 years since he passed away in a car accident. I still think of all the memories he gave everyone and his sentence he lived by, he always said “live life to the fullest” I will never forget it. If I had 5 minutes with him I would tell him that I love him and I hope that he lived his life to the fullest... I would tell him that it’s been hard without him.... and that all the memories of him will always be in my mind. I would tell him thank you for everything he has ever done for me. This song really hits me now. I have heard it so many times before but tomorrow marks a month since my wife went Home to be with Jesus. I'd give anything for just 5 more minutes to just sit down with her on one of the lunch dates we used to have.

Comin up on 8 April I lost my Dad (which is my Mom's bday) and it would be a year and I enjoy Ganger and his bands music and I first saw this when he was on Fox and Friends and this song hit me hard and I related so much it was scary. Great song, great video!
