Warming up your shoulders/scapular stabilizers is simple and effective. When spinal positioning is held constant, it makes it difficult to compensate or cheat your shoulder movement. Remember, the arm is leveraged against the spine/torso to create torque at the shoulder. To maximize this leverage, we need our spine/torso to be stable. The PFX harness is a fast-track to learning this stability.
