My wife and I go to this little run down cabin in Westcliffe Colorado a couple times every summer. It's a dark sky community and if you get lucky and miss the moon and the clouds it feels like you can see into forever. Lean back in a cheap reclining deck chair with a warm blanket, put on Florist quietly, and you'll find that thing... whatever it is.

This song made me connect again with me grandma. I used to deny that i missed her for so long, but now after 6 years she passed away i recognize that she was the person i loved the most in my entire life. Thanks Florist for making this therapy song for me, tattoo coming soon by the way!

“She’s in the bird song, she won’t be gone.” I miss my grandma and whenever the birds chirp in the morning I know she’s with me. She passed away peacefully in her sleep after a long and tiresome period of being in bed for 3 months and I never got to say goodbye. I think a part of me died with her. This grief will never leave me. I’ll forever be “haunted” by what remains of her. If it weren’t for her, I would’ve never know the words “grandma”, “comfort” and “love”.
