I’m running windows 10 home, version 21H2. There is no audio drivers downloaded onto the system. I have done a hard reset to factory default and don’t know what drivers to install to make this work. Every other tutorial I’ve watched doesn’t have a solution for me because there’s no driver!

Hi Microsoft, I have a surface pro 4 and there is a problem with touch screen, the screen is not letting me use my mouse/touch pad, and there is flickering with the mouse and screen when I attempt to use a separate mouse.
